External Evaluation of We are Able! Project

HomeExternal Evaluation of We are Able! Project

We are inviting experienced evaluators to submit proposals for the external evaluation of the We Are Able! project focused on improving food security for persons with disabilities. The project has been implemented from 2021 to 2025 across six countries—Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Uganda—with funding from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The project is a collaborative effort led by six implementing organisations— The African Disability Forum, See You Foundation, The Leprosy Mission, VNG International, The Hague Academy for local governance and ZOA — working closely with a variety of organisations of persons with disabilities (OPDs) operating at national and regional levels within the target countries.

The evaluation will assess the effectiveness, relevance, coherence and sustainability of the project, as outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Interested evaluators are encouraged to consult the ToR for full details, including the scope of work, evaluation questions, application deadlines, and schedule.
