(WaA!)), Chhavi Garg looked into the effectiveness of deploying disability inclusion facilitators (DIF) and the sustainability in doing so. Changing norms and practices in communities requires role models and advocates DIF\u2019s played a vital role in mobilising communities and working with and for organisations of people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this research project, Chhavi conducted transdisciplinary research, she looked at academic literature, studied key WaA! documents among others case stories, sent surveys and conducted interviews with DIF\u2019s, OPD representatives and WaA! staff members.
